🎁 Smash Room Gift Card – Terms & Conditions
Smash Room gift cards may be redeemed online using a one-time use promotional code or in person at Smash Room.
Gift cards are one-time use only and must be redeemed in a single booking. Any unused value is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
Gift cards can be used toward Smash Room sessions only and cannot be used to purchase merchandise or other vouchers unless stated otherwise.
The booking total must be equal to or greater than the gift card value to redeem the gift card.
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or codes cannot be replaced.
Gift cards may be gifted or transferred to another person but remain one-time use only.
All Smash Room standard booking policies apply, including safety requirements, waivers, age restrictions, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
Smash Room reserves the right to refuse redemption if a gift card is suspected of being misused, altered, or obtained fraudulently.
Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.
